GETTING NYC2123 ONTO YOUR PSP:
- Download the .ZIP file of the issue you would like to view to your
personal computer. You can do this from the home page (www.nyc2123.com)
by right-clicking on the link "download for PSP" and choosing
"Save As" or "Save Link As", then selecting a destination
to save the .ZIP file. Do not save the .ZIP file to your PSP. You must
first uncompress the file to obtain the individual images that will
then be saved to your PSP.
- Uncompress the .ZIP file with WinZip, Aladdin Expander or any other
compression software compatible with .ZIP files.
- Save the images you just uncompressed from the .ZIP file to your PSP's
Memory Stick Duo. If you have formatted the Memory Stick with a PSP
the proper folders structure will be automatically created. If the Memory
Stick has not been formatted, you will need to create a folder named
"PSP" on the Memory Stick and then another called "PHOTO"
within the "PSP" folder. The .ZIP file will contain a folder
title "nyc2123 - Issue X" -- where "X" is replaced
with the issue number you have downloaded. Save this entire folder within
the "PHOTO" folder or save the individual image files directly
to the "PHOTO" folder. The PSP will not recognize sub-folders
more than one level deep within the "PHOTO" folder. For example
you cannot have "PHOTO > NYC2123> DAYENDER - ISSUE1".
However, you could do this "PHOTO > DAYENDER - ISSUE1".
Save the files to the Memory Stick using one of the following methods:
• Using a commercially available USB cable
• Using a PC with a Memory Stick slot
• Using a commercially available Memory Stick USB reader/writer
