Sneak Peak Art from Issue 5
A few people have been asking about the timing of issue 5. It's coming -- for more details see my comments from the previous post (the post itself is about the Spanish translation -- read the comments below that). In the meantime, here's a frame of near final art from a fight scene in issue 5 that I'm having a blast illustrating.

This artwork for next issue looks realy good. Oh and Julius reminds me alot of ridick from pitch black in this shot, i mean that in a very good way. I will also use this oppurtunity to say what amazing characters you have created, even at issue 4 we already feel we have a knowledge of the characters which is something few graphic novels manage to acomplish in such a short time.
I originally thought of his head modifications as a cross between Batou from “Ghost in the Shell” and Lobot from “The Empire Strikes Back”. I was a bit worried when I started drawing him in heavy shadow, and his strip of modifications is all black, that the bald head and eye pieces would make him look too much like Riddick. But I liked the design too much to ditch it. In case you weren’t reading our story back then, here's a pre-issue 2 post with the concept doodle that lead to the design of Julius' head mods.

I bet you that was hard to pose for. lol
Yeah, I think the upper body and legs are from two different photos I took. Plus I'm pretty sure I modified that one quite a bit to make my legs look like they are in a more "actionific" pose.
It would be cool if you showed the pictures that they all came from so we can see how you formed the two together.
P.S.
I think I would pay 5 or 10 bucks a month for you to send me a weekly email on how to make all this stuff. hmmm

hey this comic is excellent very thought out i love it. It reminds me a lot of sin city wehich is a good thing and the story so far is genius im looking forward to the next installment.
i want issue six already!!!!I know its hard work but your story is great and i want more.
